Old Timers Committee Chair Phyllis Stephens stands to announce the 2019 Pioneer Queen Jaqueline Freeman and Parade Marshall Dr. Harold S. Kechel as Mrs. Freeman’s sons Mark, Paul and Luke look on with pride. The reveal was made at the April 2019 Guymon Chamber of Commerce general membership meeting.
