The Guymon Daily Herald sincerely regrets the error it made in not including this birthday wish in the printed version today.
We realize this electronic version in no way makes up for that error, but we hope that it will in some way help in the celebration of such a wonderful person and the giving life they have chosen to live. The person who purchased the advertisement will not be charged and in fact will receive a full refund, rightfully.
