On Wednesday last week, the Guymon Police Department with assistance from the Texas County Sheriff arrested Randy Brewer of Guymon on multiple charges stemming from a potential drug trafficking operation.
The report states Brewer was arrested for drug trafficking, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are kept or sold, possessing a firearm after a former felony conviction and possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony, use of a scanner while in commission of a crime, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a valid prescription.
According to a GPD release, during a search officers and sheriff’s deputies found several loaded firearms, a police scanner, over 30 grams of methamphetamine, a sale ledger, drug paraphernalia and items for distributing drugs.
Brewer, who resides at the home was at the residence when the search warrant was executed, and he was taken into custody. He refused to answer any questions and requested an attorney.
Brewer’s prior convictions include possession of a controlled dangerous substance, burglary of a building, burglary of a vehicle, evading arrest and possession of a dangerous drug. The residence is located across the street from Dale Park, located on the 900 block of South May St.
Charges have been forwarded to the district attorney’s office.

GUYMON, OK
